These terms apply to checklifequotes.com. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What this service is, and what it is not

Check Life Quotes is a referral service. We ask questions about your work and your situation and introduce you to a licensed independent insurance agent in your state.

• We are not an insurance company and we do not issue policies.
• We are not an insurance agency and we do not sell insurance.
• We do not give insurance advice. Nothing on this site is a recommendation about what you should buy or how much coverage you need.
• Completing the questions is not an application for insurance. It does not start one, it does not bind coverage and it does not reserve a price.

Quoting, advice, applications and anything else that constitutes insurance business is carried out by the licensed independent agent, who is separately licensed and separately responsible for it.

Who may use the site

You must be at least 18 and in the United States. You may only submit information about yourself, and you may only give a phone number and email address that belong to you or that you are authorised to use.

The information you give us

Give accurate answers. A rate an agent discusses with you is based on what you told them, and the carrier will check it. Wrong answers waste your time and can cause an application to be declined later.

Contact by phone, text and email

When you submit the form you agree that Check Life Quotes and the licensed independent agent we introduce you to may contact you at the phone number and email address you gave, including by text message and by calls placed with automated systems. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of buying anything. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop them and HELP for help. This is set out further in the privacy policy.

No guarantee of coverage or price

We cannot promise you will be offered a policy, and we cannot promise a price. Only an insurance carrier can approve coverage and set a rate, and it does so on its own underwriting. Anything on this site about how products work is general information, not an offer and not a quote.

The agents we introduce you to

Agents are independent. They are not our employees, partners or agents, and we do not control what they say to you or which carriers they recommend. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions, for any policy you buy through them, or for any dispute between you and them or between you and a carrier.

Using the site properly

Do not use the site unlawfully, submit anyone else's details without permission, scrape or copy it, try to break its security, or use it to send anything harmful.

Our content

The Check Life Quotes name, logo, text, images and design are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

No warranties

The site is provided as it is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about it, including that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any information on it is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits or lost data, arising out of your use of the site or of any introduction made through it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and the courts located in Florida have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where the law of your home state gives you a right you cannot be required to give up.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
